Resident Life

  • What are my options for paying my rent?

    You can pay for your rent with ACH, check, money order, or debit/credit card, via Henri, our resident portal.

  • Am I required to purchase renter's insurance? If so, what is the fee?

    Yes, pricing varies depending on the insurance company and plan chosen by you. Without renters insurance, a non-compliance fee will be added to your account every month until insurance is acquired.

  • What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

    You will need to call the after-hours emergency maintenance line at (509) 902-0847.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    You can submit a maintenance request through our residential portal, Henri.

  • Do you have on-site maintenance?

    Yes, Monday – Friday and after-hours in case of an emergency.

  • What is the guest policy?

    Guests are permitted, please meet them at the front door and escort them to your apartment. They can also call you through the ButterflyMX callbox to be buzzed into the building.

  • How do I pay for electricity and water?

    This can be done online or by mail through Billing Associates Group for water, sewer, gas, and trash. Electricity is paid through Seattle City Light. All apartments are individually metered.

  • Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?

    Yes, there are trash chutes available on each floor, along with various bins to sort recycling, compost, batteries, lightbulbs, etc.

Application Process

  • What other relevant fees or charges should I know about?

    N/A

  • Is there any move in charges?

    Non-refundable cleaning fee (10% of one month’s rent), prorated base rent and if applicable prorated pet rent, parking rent, storage rent.

  • If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?

    In order to hold an apartment you need to complete an application for the property and pay the holding deposit.

  • Do you accept a shorter lease term?

    The shortest lease length currently offered is 7 months, based upon availability.

  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?

    Verification typically takes less than 24 hours to complete but can vary due to results of individual screening.

  • What are the application criteria?

    Income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.

Amenities

  • Is smoking allowed?

    No, this is a smoke-free community.

  • Do you have storage units available?

    Yes, various sizes – small ($55/month), medium ($65/month), large ($95/month).

  • Do you offer bike storage?

    Yes, we have complimentary bike storage!

  • What are your pet fees? Are they refundable?

    Pet rent is $35/month for up to two pets, non-refundable.

  • Is your property pet-friendly?

    Yes, very! There is a pet relief area on the south rooftop.

  • What amenities do the apartment include?

    Central air conditioning, dishwasher, full size W/D, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, quartz countertops, built-in bookcase (select units), fireplace (select units), kitchen island (select units), walk-in closets (select units), balconies (select units).

  • Does the building have a security system?

    We have a controlled access system via “ButterflyMX”. There are also security cameras on the premises.

  • What is the parking fee?

    $185/month per car.

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, the residential parking garage is covered with controlled access. All parking spots are assigned. There are also four EV parking stations in the residential garage for use.
